GT Pre Filter Wraps

GENIUS Pre-Filter Wraps are designed as the first line of defense for gas turbine filter cartridges, extending their service life by capturing large particles, seeds, airborne fibers, and sticky hydrocarbons.

Engineered for low-pressure drop, these pre-filters are particularly effective in non-pulse cleaning systems and, in some cases, pulse-jet systems. They enhance filtration efficiency in combustion engine air intake systems by preventing contaminants from reaching the primary filters. When treated with a hydrophobic coating, they also provide coalescing functionality in high-humidity conditions.

Made from high-loft media, GENIUS Pre-Filter Wraps are easy to install using a Velcro closure, allowing quick application around cylindrical and conical filters. They are cost-effective, simple to replace, and can be installed or removed without shutting down the gas turbine.
