V-Blank mini pleat air filters can trap a large amount of very small particles that other vacuum cleaners would simply recirculate back into the air of your home or workplace.

GENIUS mini pleat air filters are designed to V-type by multiple mini-pleat media for use in air filtration systems and equipment where medium to high efficiency filtration is required. Installed in Galvanized, Aluminium or molded polypropylene frame, they utilize 7/8 to 11/4-inch deep pleats with very narrow air spaces (1/8-inch) between, making it possible to pack more filter into the standard frame sizes that can be done with deep-pleat, corrugated separators, or even by using separator-less construction methods.

Mini pleat Filter contain almost twice as much filter paper as deep-pleat, corrugated separator filters of equal frame size. They are rated to have an airflow resistance of 0.25 Kilopascals (kPa) when operated at 3060 cubic meters per hour (m3/hr). Compared with the common filters, it ideally enlarges the filter area, ensuring low media damage and low energy consumption to save cost in the present installation system. The are applied to large air flow ventilation system, filtration system of Pharmaceutical, food, hospitals, clean room etc. It can be used as terminal-filtration of medium and high efficiency filtration system or pre-filtration of super-efficient filtration system.
