V-Blank Mini Pleat Air Filters

GENIUS V-Blank Mini Pleat Air Filters are designed for high-efficiency filtration, capturing fine particles that standard filters would recirculate into the air. Ideal for HVAC systems in pharmaceutical, food processing, hospitals, and clean rooms, they provide superior air quality with low energy consumption.

Constructed with multiple mini-pleat media in a V-type configuration, these filters maximize filtration efficiency while maintaining a compact design. The pleats, ranging from 7/8 to 1¼ inches deep, are spaced at 1/8-inch intervals, allowing more filter media to fit within standard frame sizes compared to deep-pleat or separator-less designs.

Available with galvanized steel, aluminum, or molded polypropylene frames, GENIUS Mini Pleat Filters contain nearly twice the filter media of traditional deep-pleat filters, ensuring low airflow resistance (0.25 kPa at 3060 m³/hr) and extended service life. Their large filtration area, durability, and cost-effective operation make them ideal for medium to high-efficiency applications, serving as either final-stage filters or pre-filters for ultra-efficient systems.
