Advanced V-type Mini Pleat Design

Constructed with multiple mini-pleat media arranged in a V-type configuration, these filters maximize filtration surface area within a compact frame.

Design Features:

  • Pleat depths ranging from 7/8 inch to 1¼ inches

  • Precise 1/8-inch pleat spacing for optimized airflow distribution

  • Significantly higher media packing density compared to traditional deep-pleat or separator-less filters

This configuration allows more filter media within standard frame sizes, resulting in improved efficiency and longer service life.

GENIUS Mini Pleat Filters contain nearly twice the filter media area of conventional deep-pleat filters, enabling:
