GENIUS Synthetic Pocket Air Filters are made of ultra fine synthetic media specifically designed for each efficiency range. The frame can be opted for Plastic / metal. The media is supported on the air leaving side by spun bonded nylon backing. Depending on the media and fields of application our pockets can be supplied in ultra sonic welded or stitched version. In addition the seams are thermoplastic sealed. The media is welded together to maintain uniform and accurate spacing. Welded edges are standard for maximum durability and security. The individual pockets are available in synthetic or glass fibre media, in filter classes F5 – F9, for standard same as for special dimensions.
Other kind of filter media includes Non woven synthetic thermally bonded rigid fleece.
GENIUS Pocket filters excel in both dust holding capacity and filter efficiency. Greater dust holding capacity means longer service life and lower operating costs.
