Filter Bags
GENIUS offers a wide range of fabric filter bags designed for extended service life, maximum dustcake release and minimal maintenance costs. Available in materials like Nomex®, polyester, polypropylene, Ryton®, P-84, PTFE, membrane, and Teflon®, these bags suit various temperature, chemical and particulate control applications. Multiple designs include Snapband Cuff, Flange Top, Ring Top, Sleeve Top, Hem Top and more.
GENIUS Pleated Dust Collection Bags are made from 100% polyester media with customizable coatings to meet specific filtration needs. Designed for high-efficiency dust collection, these bags feature a pleated configuration, providing 3–4 times more filtration area than conventional tube-type filter bags.
The spun-bonded polyester media enables surface filtration, ensuring high throughput and lower pressure drop. Each bag is reinforced with a GI or stainless steel support structure and sealed with EPDM or metal end caps for durability and secure fitment. Ultrasonically fused joints provide a leak-proof, stable design, with options for clean-side or dirt-side mounting.
