Ceramic Filters
Overview
GENIUS Ceramic Filters are engineered to deliver high-efficiency filtration in extreme operating environments, including gas turbines, coal-fired power plants, fossil fuel and biomass gasification systems and fine dust separation in process gases.
These filters are also widely used in radioactive waste incineration, compressed air systems, water filtration and lead-acid battery venting, where durability, chemical stability and consistent performance are critical.
Advanced Ceramic Technology
Manufactured using high-purity ceramic materials, GENIUS Ceramic Filters feature a porous, hollow structure fired at temperatures exceeding 1000°C. This advanced firing process ensures:
Exceptional mechanical strength
High thermal resistance
Excellent chemical and corrosion stability
The chemically inert composition allows for indefinite storage without degradation or loss of filtration performance.
Filtration Performance
Filtration efficiency: 90–99%
Particle size range: 5 to 25 microns
Reliable separation of fine particulate matter under high temperature and harsh conditions
Applications
Gas turbine intake and exhaust filtration
Emission control in coal-fired power plants
