PRE-FILTER WRAPS, made of high loft media, they are designed to capture large particles, seeds, air borne fibres, sticky hydrocarbons.

GENIUS Pre-Filter wraps are your first line of protection on Gas Turbine filter cartridges thus extending the life of GT filter cartridges. They are especially effective on non-pulse cleaning systems and in some instances, in some pulse-jet cleaning systems. They are specifically designed to act as, low pressure drop pre-filters for pleated pulse-jet cartridge fine filters of combustion engine air intake systems. Made of high loft media, they are designed to capture large particles, seeds, air borne fibres, sticky hydrocarbons before they reach the GT Filter cartridges. Thus, they extend primary filter service life and add an extra stage of filtration on gas turbine air inlet static filter systems. If equipped with special hydrophobic treatment, they have coalescing function in case of high humidity. The pre-filters are manufactured with a Velcro closure for easy installation around cylindrical and conical filters.

The GENIUS pre-filter wraps are inexpensive, easy to change, can be installed and removed without shutting down the gas turbine.
